By accessing or using the services provided by The Kinsmen Digital Network Ltd. ("The Kinsmen", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

The Kinsmen Digital Network Ltd. provides web/app design, development and management, domain sales, web hosting services, online advert campaigns, branding, digital marketing: sale of digital products, sale of softwares and apps. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment and Billing

• Fees for our services are outlined in the pricing section of our website.
• Payments are due on the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Products purchased from The Kinsmen Digital Network Ltd. may be refunded only if canceled within the refund period specified below in this policy.

Only requests submitted through the Client Area are considered valid and will be reviewed by our team.

Web Apps and Scripts

Web apps and scripts purchased from The Kinsmen Digital Network Ltd. are non-refundable. Licenses pertain to specific domains and have limited transferability.

Standard Refund Terms:

Canceled Period	Policy
1-30 Days	Refunds available for Shared, VPS, and Reseller Hosting (exclusions apply).
30+ Days	No refunds after 30 days of using our services.

Restrictions on Refunds:

• Refunds are not valid for Dedicated Servers, VDS Servers above $96.50, administrative fees, software licenses, or domain purchases.
• Refunds are only valid for the first purchased package on a new billing account.
• Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to market volatility.

Refund Terms by Hosting Plan

Shared & Reseller Hosting

• Full refund available if canceled within 30 days.
• Refunds not available for biennial or triennial plans.

VPS Hosting

• Refund available within 30 days for the first purchased VPS plan.
• Yearly, biennial, and triennial plans are not eligible for refunds.

VDS Hosting

• Refund available within 7 days for the first VDS purchase under $96.50.
• Yearly and multi-VDS accounts are non-refundable.

Dedicated Servers

Refunds are not available for dedicated server plans due to setup and rack installation costs.

Chargeback and Disputes

If you believe there is a billing error, you must contact us in writing before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks result in service suspension until resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks will lead to account termination.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by The Kinsmen Digital Network Ltd. are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without explicit permission.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
