Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services provided by Kinsmen ICT Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services: Kinsmen ICT Solutions provides web design, domain sales, and hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Fees for our services are outlined in the pricing section of our website.
  • Payments are due on the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Products purchased from Kinsmen ICT Solutions may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

Only requests submitted through the Client Area are considered as valid and will be reviewed by The Company, Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.

After the cancellation becomes effective, We cannot be held in charge of loss of data due to suspension or termination.

Web apps and scripts purchased from Kinsmen ICT Solutions are non-refundable.

Licenses pertain to the files and databases specifically configured to work with the domain for which they were purchased, unless the web app or script is sold with an unlimited license.

Any web app or script licensed for use on a single domain is valid exclusively for that domain. In the event the domain is deactivated or suspended, the following terms apply:

  • For domains not purchased through Kinsmen ICT Solutions that become deactivated within 30 days of purchase, a 50% discount will be provided for the purchase of a new license.
  • For domains purchased and hosted with Kinsmen ICT Solutions that become deactivated within 30 days of purchase, a 100% discount will be provided for a new license, granting a free replacement.
  • For domains purchased and hosted with Kinsmen ICT Solutions that become deactivated after 30 days of purchase, a 50% discount will be provided for a new license.

1-30 DaysYou are eligible for a refund on the hosting services below (Shared, VPS, Reseller Hosting).   We are not able to refund Control panels, or Domain registration fees during initial purchases or renewals. 
30+ Days No refunds will be given after 30 days of using one of our services.

No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure, you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.

Note: Due to cryptocurrency’s nature and digital assets which can NOT be reversed in transactions and are subject to erratic market exchange rates, we accept no responsibility for any risk associated with such volatile investments. Refunds will not be given for products bought using cryptocurrency, Tokens, or other digital assets.

The following restrictions and limitations apply to our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Refunds are not valid for Dedicated Servers Plans, VDS Servers above 96.50$ price, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or ( cPanels, ISPmanager, Cyberpanel Addons, Plesk, SSL certificates), or Domain name purchases.
  • Standard Refund Offer valid only for the first package purchased for billing accounts less than 30 days old.
  • Refunds for an account with more than one Hosting order are not eligible. (EX: Buying 3 VPS servers and using them for 20 day then asking for refund)
  • Adding Funds / Account Credit Balance Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Plans purchased using a special promotion, promo code, or special discount link, are non-refundable.
  • Packages paid for with cryptocurrencies are not eligible for a refund.
  • Purchase of Scripts/Web Apps are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not valid for Email Hosting plans.

The refund policy for hosting accounts has been updated.

  • Kinsmen ICT Solutions offers a full refund on Shared and Reseller hosting fees if your plan is canceled within the first 30 days of opening the account. This refund policy applies to both monthly and annual plans; however, biennial and triennial plans are not eligible for a refund.
  • For annual plans, if the account is canceled within 30 days of the subscription renewal, the refund will be processed based on the current subscription cost.
  • Refunds are not available when canceling any contract period for an account with multiple Shared Hosting Plans. The refund offer is valid only for the first package purchased.
  • If your plan includes a free domain name and you cancel within 1 year, our standard domain fee for the domain name (including any applicable taxes) (the “Domain Name Fee”) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are not available for Email Hosting plans.
  • If a website is transferred out of Kinsmen ICT Solutions, the hosting account will be terminated for plans that allow hosting only one domain name.
  • If a domain name is deactivated or suspended, the hosting account is eligible for a free domain replacement (Note: The domain replacement must be purchased from Kinsmen ICT Solutions only) and will be valid for the hosting service remaining days.
  • In a case the user decides to rehost the website of the deactivated/suspended domain name outside of Kinsmen ICT Solutions, a free backup will be issued and the account will be terminated with immediate effect.
  • You can cancel your hosting plan within the first 30 days for a full refund.
  • Refunds are not available when canceling a yearly or biennial or triennial VPS hosting plan.
  • Offer valid only for the first package purchased for billing accounts less than 30 days old.
  • Upfront Payments or adding funds to your Account Credit Balance, cannot be refunded after using any of our VPS servers. However, you are free to use the balance to buy any of our services.
  • You can cancel your hosting plan within the first 7 days for a full refund.
  • Refunds are not available when canceling a yearly or biennial or triennial VDS hosting plan.
  • Offer valid only for the first package purchased for billing accounts less than 7 days old, and with VDS purchases of less than 96.50$.
  • Refunds are not available when canceling any contract period on an account with multiple VDS Servers Plans.
  • Adding funds to your Account Credit Balance, cannot be refunded after using any of our VDS servers. However, you are free to use the balance to buy any of our services.
  • Since Kinsmen ICT Solutions offers free rack installation for all of our dedicated servers, therefore Refunds are not available when canceling any contract period of any of our Dedicated hosting plans.
  • Hosting plans such as NodeJs servers, And other hosting services not mentioned above.
  • You can cancel your non-specified from the above hosting plan within the first 30 days for a full refund.
  • Refunds are not available when canceling any contract period on an account with multiple Hosting Plans, Offer is valid only for the first package purchased in a duration of 30 days.
  • If an Expert Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

Should you think that your billing or charges are incorrect, it is absolutely necessary for you to reach out to us in writing. We both agree to collaborate with each other honestly and gracefully toward settling any conflict concerning billing. If a “chargeback” or PayPal dispute is triggered due to this disagreement, the Service(s) shall be suspended until the debate has been settled up. For reactivating your Service(s), all pending payments must first be paid off.

In addition to the outstanding balance, there could be a chargeback fee associated with pre-arbitrations and chargebacks. The magnitude of this fee – as well as when it is charged off – depends on your case.

If a Chargeback is initiated, your Kinsmen ICT Solutions account will be blocked and you won’t have the chance to buy or use it again. Also, all data stored in the said Kinsmen ICT Solutions account like content, features or capacity may be terminated without warning leading to loss of information.

  • To Resolve your disputed transaction, it is necessary to provide either proof of payment or an obscured photo of the credit card with only the first six and last four digits visible.
  • Pay any applicable fees in full, including any fees and expenses incurred by Kinsmen ICT Solutions and/or any third-party services for each Chargeback received (including fees for Kinsmen ICT Solutions Services provided prior to the Chargeback, handling and processing charges, and fees incurred by the payment processor).

In cases of blatant payment or criminal fraud chargebacks, the service will be discontinued without any opportunity for recovery. This policy is non-negotiable and enforced permanently.

Before filing a Chargeback or reversing any payments made to Kinsmen ICT Solutions, we strongly encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team. Taking this step will help avoid the unwarranted cancellation of your Kinsmen ICT Solutions Services and account blockage, along with additional fees for an erroneous chargeback. Furthermore, all charges paid for the services purchased from Kinsmen ICT Solutions must be re-paid in full if a chargeback is filed without contacting our support team beforehand.

We maintain the right to dispute any Chargeback we receive, including by providing evidence of authorization from the User in question and proof that they made use of our Services. We will give the credit card company or financial institution whatever information is needed to prove this.

  • All content and materials provided by Kinsmen ICT Solutions are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use our content or materials without our explicit permission.

Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
